Exchange Policy
At The Travel Store Singapore, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we accept requests for exchanges on a case-by-case basis under the following strict conditions:
Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for online orders within Singapore.

Item Condition: Products must be returned to us in the following condition:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags must remain intact and unaltered.

Packaging must be in its original, undamaged condition.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any delivery fees originally incurred are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward an exchange.
Exclusions from the Exchange Policy
- Used Items: Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalised Items: Items customised to your specifications cannot be returned.
- Repeat Returns: Each item can only be returned once per order.
- Promotional Items: Products purchased during special promotions that explicitly exclude returns under this policy.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange , please email us at sales@thetravelstore.com.sg before proceeding. Our team will provide further instructions to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Fulfillment Options
Once your exchange is approved, you can receive your new item via one of two options:

Self-Collection at HQ (Complimentary): You may drop off your original item and collect your new item directly at our HQ.

Home Delivery (Delivery Charges Apply): We can courier the exchanged item directly to your address. Please note that standard delivery fees will apply and must be paid before the new item is dispatched.
Complimentary Promotional Items
- If your order included complimentary promotional items, these must be returned along with the purchased products. Failure to return complimentary promotional items will result in their value being deducted from your refund.
Important Notes
- To ensure a smooth return process, please confirm that your item adheres to our Returns Policy before dropping it off. All returns will be inspected during processing, and items that do not meet the policy criteria will not be accepted for return or refund.
