Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for online orders within Singapore.

- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags must remain intact and unaltered.
- Packaging must be in its original, undamaged condition.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any delivery fees incurred are non-refundable.
Exclusions from the Return Policy
- Used Items: Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalised Items: Items customised to your specifications cannot be returned.
- Repeat Returns: Each item can only be returned once per order.
- Promotional Items: Products purchased during special promotions that explicitly exclude returns under this policy.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Refunds cover the original purchase price of the product but exclude delivery fees.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
Complimentary Promotional Items
- If your order included complimentary promotional items, these must be returned along with the purchased products. Failure to return complimentary promotional items will result in their value being deducted from your refund.
