Please register your warranty within 14 days.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the product. However, the warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage resulting from drops, impacts, or mishandling during transportation.
- Cracks, dents, abrasions, or other damage caused by improper handling or rough treatment during transportation (e.g. by airlines).
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight, solvents, water, acids, or other liquids.
- Damage to wheels, or any other damage resulting from user’s actions, negligence, misuse, or wear-and-tear.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Repairs that are covered under warranty must be verified with the legible and valid Proof-of-Purchase stating the date-of-purchase clearly (eg. receipt, etc.) on-the-spot during repair.
- Repairs not covered under the warranty are subjected to repair charges at the expense of the product owner.
- The warranty will not apply if it has expired or if the Proof of Purchase is lost, illegible, or defaced.
- All charges for repairs, spare parts, and any components are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
- The Service Centre will determine whether the damage is covered by the warranty.
After Sale Service – Luggage Repair
Our after sales services fixes last-minute inconveniences such as stuck zips, jammed locks and missing wheels. Repair might take 3 to 5 working days. For all repairs please email info@lohmun.com.sg or visit our service centre.
